Shopping fest: Malls to offer hefty discounts on last 3 days

Representative imageAHMEDABAD: Most malls that have partnered with Ahmedabad Shopping Festival (ASF) 2019 will offer hefty discounts on almost all products on the last three days of the festival, which overlap with the Republic Day weekend.
“While each store will offer discounts throughout ASF 2019, we will offer a flat 50% discount on majority of our brands from January 26-28,” said Jayen Naik, manager, Ahmedabad One Mall. “The mall will also offer lucky draw coupons and freebies daily.”
Some malls want to remain open till midnight. “We will offer 50% discount on the last three days of the festival and we are planning to keep the mall open at least till midnight,” said Aditya Shah, chief financial officer, Gulmohar Park Mall.
Major brands have been roped in for ASF 21019, which will offer discounts across all their stores in the city. “Customers will get discounts ranging from 10% to 60% on a plethora of product categories,” said Shailesh Patwari, chairman, ASF 2019. The Sabarmati Riverfront will be the site of a flea market.
