He knows the industry well and has successfully driven the conversion and re-launch of Premier Inn Pune to Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi.
After graduating from Mumbai University he completed his master’s degree from Madurai Kamaraj University. He also finished his Hotel Management with Gold Medal from Maharashtra State Board.
He has a wealth of well-rounded hospitality experience by serving several chains like Howard Johnson, Hilton and Radisson Hotel Group across India, UAE and Kuwait where he gathered experience in hotel operations, sales and revenue management. He has a wealth of well-rounded experience.
In the new role he will be delivering high levels of customer service and facilitate better positioning of the hotel.
He will be appointed with the task of conceptualizing programs that builds on customer relations, re-align cost management to increase the year-on-year profits, staff engagement activities and innovation. He will also be spearheading the brand’s corporate and social activations.
