Hospital staffer suspended for sexual harassment

The lab technician, identified as Yogananth, was also handed over to police. According to police, Yogananth sexually harassed the woman, who had brought her child for treatment. When she raised an alarm, her husband and others thrashed him and handed over to police.
There were complaints of Yogananth misbehaving with women patients in the hospital in the past too. Even as police were investigating the complaint, joint director of health services (in-charge), Sathya suspended him from duty.
