The Goa government will map underground amenities as part of its Outline Development Plan, state Town and Country Planning Minister Vijai Sardesai said Monday.
The ODP is a land use plan in the coastal state.
Speaking to reporters in Margao, Sardesai said, "Finding the location of amenities underneath roads will be a problem in future and we are trying to solve it with foresight. Each department will have its own map of underneath utilities as part of ODP.
