Muzaffarpur: Seven criminals were arrested from Ahiyapur police station area of Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district, police said Monday. Two country made pistols, three cartridges, three motorcycles and Rs 48,000 in cash they had looted were also seized from them. Acting on a tip off, policemen raided Vijay Chapra village and arrested seven criminals while seven others managed to escape, City Superintendent of Police Rakesh Kumar said. The Rs 48,000 in cash seized from them was a portion of money looted from various businessmen in the past couple of days, Kumar said.
