One dead\, five hurt in Phoenix motel shooting

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Phoenix police say one person is dead and five others were hurt in a shooting Sunday morning at a motel.

Armando Carbajal says the deceased victim is an 18-year-old woman.

The other victims were taken to a nearby hospital.

Police believe there were two suspects involved in the shooting.

Authorities say the suspects showed up at the motel and got into an argument with the group on the second floor.

One of them is accused of pulling out a handgun and shooting.
