Case Cardinals shine at Div. 5 state track relays

The Case Cardinals shined at the Division 5 state track relays on Friday as  the boys' shot put team of Noah Casado, Isaac Tucker, and John Garell combined to throw 122 feet to take fourth

place overall. The distance medley team of Austin Michael, Ben Paquette, Jay Pontes, and Aidan Bates set a new school record with a time of 12:27. The sprint dash team of Antonio Luna, Dan Silva, Keegan Lecomte, and Trey Godfrey took 11th out of 35 teams with a 24.07. The 4x200 team clocked a 1:41 to finish 11th out of 45 teams. The 4x800 team came in 17th out of 27 teams with a time of 9:32.

For the girls, the team of Megan Borges, Meredith Castro, Emily Greene, and Alyssa Storm took 15th place out of 45 teams in the Sprint medley registering a time of 4:42 and also took 17th out of 49 teams with a 1:58 in the 4x200.
