FALL RIVER -- The new All Eats LLC has joined the local health and fitness scene and is ready to sculpt bodies, and its future, in the new year.

Located in the Tower Mill at 657 Quarry St., owner Yadiyah Letellier -- a certified nutritionist, personal and private chef, and personal trainer -- will offer an open house on Saturday, Jan. 12 from noon to 2:30 p.m. to let people get familiar with his brand of nutrition and strength training.

“It’s all about positive energy,” Letellier said.

All Eats LLC opened in November. It offers several rooms for high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength conditioning, plus the heated “drip city” room, where members can “unleash their inner beast,” Letellier said.

They can also learn about personal training and nutrition/supplement coaching, or purchase weekly meals from his meal prep program.

“It all started with food,” Letellier said.

One of 13 children, New York native Letellier graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2016. He went on to play semi-pro basketball in Peru and has even competed in bodybuilding shows with the NPC Men’s Physique showcase.

“I did the show to see where I could take my body,” Letellier said. “It was a great learning experience.”

As a personal trainer, he said it was his goal to open his own fitness studio, though at age 24, he said it came faster than he imagined.

Letellier said he learned that nutrition was key to every goal. And, he wants to share that in a positive environment.

“What you put into your body is what you get out of it … mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually,” Letellier said. “That recipe is how you’re able to balance life.”

He said he teaches people to “train every day” as if they were about to compete and to eat real food with no fad diets.

Letellier said his goal for 2019 is to offer food demonstrations in his studio so people can really take his “learn, cook, eat” message home.

Because of the many children in his household, Letellier learned the value of money and the simplicity of whole foods at a young age. He said he strives to teach people how to cook healthy meals on a budget.

“This year’s going to be a great year of leveling up,” Letellier said. “My slogan is, ‘Let’s get better today.’” He said that translates to everything in life, from reading a book to creating a healthy meal to surpassing reps for the day.

At the All Eats LLC open house on Saturday, Letellier and staff will offer strength and cardio demonstrations and sell merchandise and workout gear. Juice’d Café, 1475 Plymouth Ave., will be on site with samples, and 5 Star Nutrition of Seekonk will offer a demonstration and answer questions about supplements. All Eats LLC is running a special joiner fee of $30 for 30 days, and a $20 five-week fat loss challenge.
