HSRP vans launched at Gandhinagar RTO for replacement of vehicle number plates

AHMEDABAD: Following the directives of the transport commissioner office to offer free of cost fitment and replacement services of HSRP Plates (number plates) as the problem of black colour fading is observed on many bikes, FTA HSRP on Friday inaugurated a mobile van service at Gandhinagar RTO.
The free set of HSRP plates in a bike whose black colour had faded was replaced free of cost on the spot by the FTA HSRP team using the equipment and kit which was present inside the mobile van. The replaced HSRP plate was duly inspected and approved by the RTO officials.
Higher officials of FTA HSRP Pvt Ltd. company informed that after receiving a clearance notice from the Commissioner office to provide free of cost mobile van service facilities to vehicle owners across important locations like Secretariat and Vibrant Gujarat Summit parking, a Mobile Van was duly designed and prepared with set specifications and instructions as directed by the officials.
A proper route plan and strategy is currently being devised by the transport commissioner office and within the coming week the mobile van would be mobilized in Gandhinagar city and important locations.
