Accenture CEO steps down; CFO David Rowland to be interim CEO

Accenture PLC said on Friday Chief Executive Officer Pierre Nanterme has stepped down due to health reasons, effective immediately.

Chief Financial Officer David Rowland will serve as the interim CEO, the consulting and outsourcing services provider said in a statement.
