Uttar Pradesh police has arrested Shikhar Agarwal, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha leader and one of the main accused in Bulandshahr violence which led to the murder of police inspector Subodh Kumar Singh and a youth Sumit Kumar. Agarwal was arrested from Hapur and he is currently in police custody.
