TPCI organises tea session as a precursor to IndusFood 2019

Ahead of the upcoming and show IndusFood 2019 , Trade Promoters Council of (TPCI) on Thursday organised an experiential Tasting and Food Pairing session as a precursor to the festival.

Renowned for the Food & industry and presented different preparations of exquisite and Indian for international palate at the session here.

Sharing her experience with Indian tea, Dubin said in a statement: "I am in representing Indian tea as a guest of the TPCI because of my passion for Indian tea specifically, my ability to create culture and teach vocabulary around tea, my understanding of the complex US market and my background in event planning.

"I am very excited to collaborate with Indus Food 2019 and TPCI and take Indian tea to the level it deserves."

During the session, Sambhav tried out many modified Indian dishes for the international palate such as Indian 'paratha' styled Fajitas, Roulade and Coconut Kheer.

"I tried to create with Indian flavors considering the international palate which are easy to eat and very quick to make.

"I developed these fusion dishes by strictly using homegrown ingredients maintaining its authenticity as an Indian product," he said.

The second edition of IndusFood will be held from January 14-15 in Greater Noida in the National Capital Region (NCR).
