Sleep Experts' Outstanding Customer Service Receives its 13th Consecutive Consumers' Choice Award

DALLAS, Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Mattress retailer Sleep Experts was recently honored for its outstanding customer service at the 2018 Consumers' Choice Award Winners' event.
More than 60 companies gathered at the event celebrating recipients of the 2018 Consumers' Choice Award (CCA). The winners represented industries ranging from Home Services to Health and Beauty.
The CCA is dedicated to identifying and promoting businesses that exemplify superior customer service, integrity, and professionalism. Its goal is to recognize and nurture business excellence through customer service reviews and recommendations for the benefit of local enterprises and the customers they serve.

Winners were identified based on the results of nearly 10,000 votes. To qualify as a CCA recipient, companies must also exhibit a history of business integrity.
Sleep Experts, serving the greater Dallas and Fort Worth area, is also known for its strong commitment to the communities they serve. For the 12th year in a row, the retailer partnered with local troops from the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas to collect blankets for its annual Share the Warmth program. This year, the company donated more than 5,000 blankets to families in need, further demonstrating its commitment to service and sleep.
