Queen Elizabeth served as a patron for this organization for 33 years.

The Duchess has been an advocate for accessible education for a long time.????Then Smart Works which helps long-term unemployed and vulnerable women regain the confidence they need to succeed at job interviews and get jobs.

,????And finally The Mayhew which works to reduce the number of animals in need through proactive community, and educational initiatives and preventative veterinary care.????We’re sure they are all proud to have Meghan as their patron!??
