Video footage taken before the fatal shooting of a Pennsylvania man by a suburban Chicago police officer shows a struggle with the armed man who was wanted in the death of another man. Police videos released Monday by Lake County authorities show Lakemoor officer Brianna Tedesco approaching the parked car in which Kenneth Martell was sitting early July 26. Martell gave a fake name to Tedesco and handed her a piece of paper, then grabbed a handgun and pointed it at her. The trigger didn't fire, and they struggled over the gun. Another officer, Anthony Loiacono, approached and shot Martell once.
