Country wants jobs, it's being reduced in public sector: Kapil Sibal on Quota Bill
Former Law minister Kapil Sibal says the bill will fail scrutiny on three counts. That there is total absence of empirical data, figures on income ceiling and land limit are random. Says the Bill will benefit only less that 5000 people across the country, going by govt jobs data.
