DR Congo's voting supervisors signalled they would issue results later Wednesday from presidential elections whose repeated delays have stoked fears for the giant African country.
"Publication of provisional results from presidential elections, Wednesday January 9," said a large banner placed in the press room of the Independent National Election Commission (CENI), where journalists were expected later.
