The district administration has started a special drive to hear the grievances of people in rural areas and farmers.
For this, it will be starting “Sushashan se Jansamwad” from January 10 till end of February on February 28.
District collector Jagroop Singh Yadav said that under this programme all the sub-divisional officers (SDO) will be visiting 2-3 gram panchayats in a week.
During these visits these officials will have dialogue with sarpanch, public representatives and common people and will know the problems and will register these issues.
Yadav said that these problems which are registered with these officials will have to be resolved in a time bound manner. The issues which will come during the meetings and will be related to state level, for such issues the officials will have to also submit their strong proposals.
District collector said that during this drive, issues like pending name transfer, encroachment, pension, medical and health, aanganbadi, electricity supply, transformer etc and other issues related to rural areas will be heard by the officials. Focus will also be on vaccination of animals, internet connection in panchayats situation of rural roads etc will also be undertaken in these visits of the officials.
