Rajya Sabha clears quota bill for economically weak in general category
Parliament on Wednesday passed the Constitution amendment Bill to provide 10 per cent quota in jobs and education for economically backward sections in the general category. The Constitution (124th Amendment) Bill, 2019 was passed by the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, a day after it was passed by the Lok Sabha.
