The angry driver of a Mercedes-Benz gave an extraordinary rant at a judge after he was fined $1000 and had his license revoked.

Michael Tedesco from Ocean Grove appeared before Geelong Magistrate's Court over a road rage incident on Monday.

When Magistrate Michael Coughlan handed down his sentence, an explosive argument broke out which culminated in the Mercedes driver telling the Geelong magistrate to 'stick it up your a**e', the Geelong Advertiser reported.

The court heard the driver of a silver Mercedes-Benz registered to Tedesco used a scissor jack to smash the window of another vehicle parked off Boundary Rd, East Geelong, on April 7, 2017.

Tedesco refused to tell police who was driving the Merc on the day of the incident and maintained his innocence in court.

Mr Coughlan said there was no reason to believe the car had been stolen.

'Maybe (Tedesco) was the driver and maybe he doesn't want to provide information because it would identify him (as the driver),' Mr Coughlan said.

The explosive rant occurred an hour after Tedesco was sentenced to a $1000 fine and a two-year suspension of his license, with Tedesco hurling the verbal abuse at the magistrate.

Last year Tedesco was fined $5000 for a road rage incident during which a cyclist had to use his own bike to protect himself.
