MUMBAI: Affordable housing finance company Aadhar Housing Finance has received fresh subsidy worth Rs 175.56 crore under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) from National Housing Bank (NHB), the company said in a release.The received amount was for 7,592 customers in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) who were eligible under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The received subsidy is being passed on to the customers’ loan account and will reduce their monthly payable instalments, Aadhar Housing Finance said.
As on 31st Dec 2018, Aadhar has received and passed on government CLSS subsidy to close to 10,000 families.
