A business owner was shot and three men overpowered and detained by witnesses in a wild brawl outside a car detailer.
Vision from the aftermath of the scene shows neighbouring workers ran over to break up the fight after two shots were fired. They then pistol whipped one of the alleged assailants with his own gun.
Police said Ahmed Houda, 22, Mohammad Wais Niazy, 25, and a 22-year-old man were arrested at the scene and charged over the incident.

Three men dressed in black, one wearing a balaclava, got out and soon after two gunshots were heard and at least four men began scuffling.
Workers ran in after hearing the shots, one of them grabbing a Glock pistol allegedly dropped by one of them and hitting Niazy across the face with it.
The brawl was captured on film by bystanders, at least a dozen of whom watched it unfold. Police appealed for more footage of the incident.
Neighbours restrained Niazy and the other man until police arrived to arrest them, along with Houda who was captured nearby after allegedly fleeing police.

One of the men was seen being frogmarched to a police car as the victim was loaded into an ambulance by paramedics.
The 48-year-old owner of Auto Sport was shot in the foot and rushed to Westmead Hospital where he was in a stable condition on Tuesday morning.
Police said he was allegedly 'involved in an altercation' with the men before he was shot.
Niazy suffered facial injuries from the pistol whipping and brawl, which witnesses said looked like a broken nose and cheek along with numerous cuts.

He and Houda were charged with discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and Houda also with common assault.
Both were refused bail overnight and will face Parramatta Local Court on Tuesday.
The third man, Chester Hill, was charged with affray and granted bail to face Parramatta Local Court on February 5.
Police are investigating and the motive for the shooting is not yet known.
