Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2019-01-08 09:00GMT (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- P/F Atlantic Petroleum (NASDAQ OMX: ATLA DKK & Oslo Stock Exchange: ATLA NOK) hereby announces the financial calendar for 2019 as follows:

• March 2019: Annual Accounts for 2018 to be issued by the last working Friday of the month.
• April 2019: the Company’s Annual General Meeting will occur during the week commencing 22^nd April. The actual date and location to be advised under a separate notice issued a minimum four weeks prior.
• May, 2019: (an interim commitment) 1st Quarter Condensed and Consolidated Report to be issued by the last working Friday of the month.
• August 2019: Half Year Condensed and Consolidated Interim Report to be issued by the last working Friday of the month.
• November 2019: (an interim commitment) 3rd Quarter Condensed and Consolidated Report to be issued by the last working Friday of the month.
