In the scoring is mostly dependent on the top order batsman and if the batsman is on its batsman it is very difficult to handle the scoring rate. Similarly Pakistan’s top order Babar Azam is considered to be the run machine due to his classy batting. Mohammad Babar Azam was born on 15 October 1994 at Lahore. Babar is very popular for his classy batting style. He plays in all the three formats of cricket T20, ODI, Test. As a third position batsman in Pakistan cricket team he holds many records. The first record which Babar holds is the leading batsman to score 1000 runs in an ODI format, he also holds the record for scoring the most runs after 18 and 25 ODI innings respectively by any batsman. He is also the fastest batsman to score 7 centuries in ODI’s and he hold this record on 33 ODI against Sri Lanka. If we look towards ICC rankings so he ranked 2 in ODI and 5 in T20 format.

Early life of Muhammad Babar Azam

 Muhammad Babar Azam was born on 15th October 1994 in Lahore. He has a cricketer family background and a cousin of Umar Akmal, KamranAkmaland  AdnanAkmal. It is also known as the cousin of Akmal brothers. He was also interested and wanted to become a cricketer in his early life. He loves to play proper cricketing shots and his cover drive is really a treat to watch. He also has the ability to hit the ball for sixes. He has solid defensivetechnique techniques to rotate the ball and has also ability to hit the ball out of the park. All the players in the teams made great effort to hit the shot but crossing the park is not easy for all of them. Sometimes hitting the ball proves to be bad weather friend for the common players but it is not for Pakistani cricketer star Babar Azam. Muhammad Babar Azam struggled hard to become a famous cricketer not only in Pakistan but earned fame and prestige in all over the world. He has started his struggled from his home town and got an ample opportunity to learn from his cousin. Although it was a difficult task for him to remove his weakness in a short spine of time but he has not left any corner to remove them.  Besides, his cousins helped a lot with him to achieve the goals the he has sat for his future. He was considered as the superstar of Cricket crazy Nation. He also have the fame in U19 cricket format as he was the captain of Pakistan cricket team, as Pakistan was not able to win that world cup but it was remarked that on international level this lad will perform on a high peak. Now despite of all he also performed in many domestic formats as he plays for Karachi kings in Pakistan super league and for Guyana warriors in Caribbeanpremier league. Recently Babar holds an impressive record of fastest 100 in 26 balls in T10 cricket.

International career of Muhammad Babar Azam

 Due to his shining cricket he was selected in the under 19 World Cup and became the leading run scorer in the tournament. The class of this guy was notified in his debutant ODI where he scored 50 against Zimbabwe in 2015. Next year he made 201 Debut against England at Manchester on 7th September 2016. Pakistan cricket Team played poorly in ODI series against hosts England but Baber Azam performed well in the difficult situation. In both the format he was performing very bravely and confidently. As his classy innings were demanding to score a century, he scored 3 consecutive centuries against West Indies in 2016. His consecutive three centuries not only encouraged him to do more but also inspired the other players of the Pakistani team. His unending effort against West Indies made him the third batsman to score a 350+ run in a three match series.

The form of Babar asked the selectors to give him a chance in test format, he debut his first test match against West Indies in 2016 where he scored 69 in first innings and became the first player to score a fifty on his test debut through a day/night test. His forms continue him to perform against Sri Lanka where he scored two consecutive 100’s and he became the first player to score 7 hundreds in any particular country. His first T20 debut was against England in 2016 where he scored unbeaten 15 runs as Pakistan won the match. He also played in ICC champion’s trophy 2017 which was won by Pakistan. Shining cricket star Muhammad Babar Azam also played well against New Zealand on 3rd December 2018 in UAE. He again became to top scorer of Pakistan in the third inning. In this match he earned 51 scores and hit 5 fours. With the passage of time his performance is increasing and become a source of inspiration for the other Pakistani cricketers.

Cricket run in the blood of this young guy. Despite of all the future of this young guy is very bright a top order batsman. Few more big innings are due on Babar Azam as he shown his performance in recent years. Muhammad Babar Azam is a brave, honest and energetic player in Pakistani cricket team. His brevity and performance has proved in the last matches so he is known as a runner machine in cricket matches.
