The trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Sonchiriya is out and we must say that after Udtaa Punjab, director Abhishek Chaubey is back with a bang. In this two minutes 36 seconds trailer, you can see the life of dacoits in Chambal in the year 1975. The film perfectly captures the brutality of the dacoit world.
While Sushant Singh Rajput, Ranveer Shorey and Manoj Bajpayee play dacoit, Ashutosh Rana plays the role of a cop. Apart from the constant fights, the trailer is also filled with few cuss words which definitely go hand in hand owing to the context of the film. Although not clear it is stated that Bhumi Pednekar too plays a dacoit. Watch the trailer here.
While the principal photography of Sonchiriya began on January 19, 2018 in Chambal, the shoot wrapped up on April 1, 2018. The first teaser of the film was released on December 6, 2018 which garnered positive response. Sonchiriya will hit the screens on February 8.
