- The woman went into cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead at the scene
A woman has died after collapsing at a Sydney gym.
The 65-year-old woman was at the Fitness First in Kings Cross when she went into cardiac arrest on Monday morning.
Emergency services were called just after 10.30am after the woman fell off gym equipment.
