Anthony Osimo named director of operations at Quality Beverage Taunton division

TAUNTON – Theodore “Ted” Audet, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Quality Beverage L.P., one of New England’s largest stand-alone independent distributors of Anheuser-Busch InBev branded products, announced on Friday, Jan. 4, that Anthony “Tony” Osimo has been appointed as director of operations for the company’s Taunton division.

Osimo comes to Quality Beverage from National DCP, where he served as director of operations for its Northeast Distribution Center based in Bellingham, serving 2,600 Dunkin' Donuts locations. He previously served in operations management and consulting roles with Imperial Distributors, Tiffany & Company, GAF Materials Corporation, TOPCOAT, Inc. and Schott Fiber Optics. During his career, he led successful efforts to increase productivity, developed innovative supply chain solutions, reduce backorders, promote preventive maintenance and training as well as reduce operating expenses.

Osimo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Nichols College. A resident of Uxbridge and parent of three children, including an autistic child, he actively supports Autism Speaks, an organization dedicated to promoting solutions for individuals with autism and their families.
