Defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Congress president Rahul Gandhi traded charges during the debate on Rafale deal as the former countered all the allegations levelled by the opposition.
Rahul was earlier caught winking after hugging Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the debate on no-confidence motion against the NDA government in July last.
