Afghanistan situation reviewed in meeting of NSAs

The security situation in and elections in the war-ravaged country came up for discussion during a meeting between (NSA) and his Afghan counterpart here on Friday.

"NSA Mohib briefed the Indian side about the security situation, the holding of and scheduled presidential elections, and efforts of the government of at peace and reconciliation," said the statement.
