- Ms Tinechef kept her licence, with the matters viewed as driving not criminal
The former partner of fallen footy star Ben Cousins has been able to keep her driver's licence - despite drug driving with her children in the car.
Maylea Tinecheff, a mother-of-four, returned a positive reading for meth when pulled over in the Perth suburb Canning Vale in August last year.
Multiple media outlets reported Tinecheff's and Cousins' children were in the car at the time of the offence.

On Friday in the Armadale Magistrate's Court following three adjournments, Tinecheff pleaded guilty to driving with an illicit substance in her oral fluid or blood and no authority to drive, according to Perth Now.
She was also found to be driving a manual car when she only had authority to drive an automatic vehicle.
Tinecheff was seeking a spent conviction, stating she had four children and a criminal record could hinder her chances at future employment.

Magistrate Steven Malley dismissed Tinecheff's request, stating her offences were driving, not criminal matters.
She was fined $450 for the drug-driving offence, and ordered to pay $205.30 in costs as well as $185 in analysis fees.
For the offence of driving with an incorrect licence, Tinecheff was slugged with a fine of $150.
Mr Malley told the court legislation didn't require him to impose a licence ban on Tinecheff.
