Powerball's lottery has jackpotted even further after no Division One winners were declared in Thursday's $50 million New Year's draw.
The jackpot now sits at an eye-watering $80 million which is the nation's second biggest lottery prize.
Back in August 2018 an enormous $100 million prize was given away, shared between two lucky punters who each took home a whopping $50 million.

While there were no Division One winners for the New Year's lottery draw, six Division Two winners each pocketed almost $116,00, according to Perth Now.
There were 105 Division Three prize winners, with each scoring $4,402.
The Powerball lottery prize surge comes after a couple came forward as Megadraw winners of the $1.7 million prize in Western Australia.
