Selling a car privately should be a straight-forward process; the owner lists the condition, specs and anything else to make the car more appealing to potential buyers, right?

Imagine someone telling you that minor body rust is just a bit of car acne or that tears in the seat are meant to be there like brand new ripped jeans.

From throwing sawdust in the cylinder head to make the engine sound smoother to using zip-ties to keep a front bumper together, I've personally seen some of the craziest things people have done to make their car seem in top condition.
