Raghu Menon has been appointed by ST. Regis Doha as the general manager and in the new role he will be overseeing the award-winning 336-room luxury property.
He will also be managing the operations and match its unparallel service. Menon has graduated from the International College of Hotel Management, Sydney.
He started as an F&B intern and made his way up through the food and beverage industry. He held several positions within The Ritz Carlton Hotels where he served as the general manager of Ritz-Carlton Bangalore and the General Manager at the Ritz Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre.
He holds more than two decades of experience in the hotel industry with an intricate understanding of the brand. He has an extensive portfolio in the food and beverage operations and will be an ideal candidate to lead the The St. Regis, Doha.
Menon said that he felt extremely honoured with the new appointment. He admires the hotel for its luxurious facilities, fine art and artistic culinary.
He is looking forward to work with the team and take the hotel to the next level by strengthening their ongoing success in the Middle East
The St. Regis Doha is known for its location, architectural design and butler service since its launch in 2012.
