17-year-old girl sedated and raped

PUNE: A 17-year-old girl was allegedly sedated and raped by a 22-year-old man who is her co-worker in a company at Chakan. Based on the complaint, the police have lodged a case under sections of Rape and POCSO Act. 

The girl told the police that the accused assured her a better job and called her to meet another person. The accused then took the girl to a hotel in Vaki. The girl said the accused offered her a drink which was spiked. After an hour the girl was dropped at Spicer chowk. 

The accused threatened the girl not to reveal about the incident to others. The girl also told the police that the accused had taken her nude pictures.
