Brazil's Renova rejects AES Tietê wind projects offer SAO PAULO: Renova Energia SA's board of directors has rejected an offer from AES Tiete Energia to acquire some of its wind projects, according to a securities filing on Wednesday.

In December Renova said it had received a proposal from AES and was studying alternatives.
