A rugby league star has been charged with punching an Uber driver.
Wests Tigers player Michael Chee Kam, 26, and an 18-year-old man believed to be his relative are accused of punching the driver through a car window during a night out in Bondi in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
Chee-Kam, 26, was standing on the street about 10.30pm on December 30 when an Uber driver beeped at him to get him to move.

The two men allegedly punched the driver through an open car-door window.
The Uber driver flagged down a passing police car, and a taxi containing Chee-Kam and the other man was later stopped.
Chee Kam and the 18-year-old man were both arrested and served a Field Court Attendance notice for assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and common assault.
Both men will appear at Waverley Local Court on February 5.

The National Rugby League is aware of the charges against Chee Kam but a spokesman said it 'wouldn't be appropriate to comment further'.
Chee Kam married his wife Alex earlier in 2018, and on Tuesday he posted a series of photos to Instagram remembering the year as an 'absolute treasure'.
'I'll cherish this year for the rest of my life,' he posted alongside the photos.
Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Chee Kam has played for the Manly Sea Eagles as well as the Tigers in the NRL, and made his international debut for Samoa last season.
