And this week, Australian Instagram and fitness sensation, Tammy Hembrow, revealed how fans can build a booty just like hers and just how simple it is.
The 24-year-old told Women's Fitness magazine: 'Slow and steady wins the race.'

'Building a booty is a slow process that requires time, effort, control and persistence. Slow and steady wins the race,' she said.
The blonde said exercises including squats with weights help to build a sizable and toned derriere.
Tammy even gave tips to working women and mothers about staying in shape, saying that exercising five times a week for half an hour makes all the difference.

'I know it seems impossible sometimes, especially after a long day but all you need is a 30 minute workout five days a week to make the difference,' she said.
The mother-of-two added that for her workouts it isn't about the length of time you exercise for but how hard you push yourself.

She revealed she built her derriere by doing minimal cardio and more weights and eating more than she used to.
'On the left I worked out probably three to five days a week. Cardio, light weights, and under-eating,' Tammy's post began.
She added: 'On the right I train at least three to five days a week, minimal cardio, heavy weights, eating A LOT. Moral of the story? It IS possible to build the body you want. It takes time, consistency, challenging yourself, and FOOD.'
