Punjab: Cleanliness drive launched in Mansa

MANSA: District administration on Thursday launched 'Three Dustbins' (3D) project the city.
The project focuses on helping people to live a healthy life in a clean environment.
The project has been launched in 20 wards which soon will be extended to all the 27 wards.
During the launch of the drive, Mansa deputy commissioner Apneet Riyait said, "We need to make collective efforts to get rid of the problem of garbage."
Under the project, motivators appointed by the municipal council will apprise residents about the use of white, green and red dustbins. They will also distribute the bins of three different colours to the residents. A tracking system will also be installed on the cart used for picking the garbage from houses.
