Repco Home Finance on Thursday said it has elevated the present Chief Operating Officer Yashpal Gupta in the capacity of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
“..board at its meeting held Thursday, has appointed Yashpal Gupta the present Chief Operating Officer as additional director in the capacity of managing director/chief executive officer for a period of three years,” city-based Repco Home Finance said in a BSE filing.
Gupta has over 25 years of expertise in banking and also has a post graduate diploma in financial management. He is a chartered financial analyst.
Shares of Repco Home Finance were trading at Rs 401.85 apiece, up by 3.62 per cent over the previous close in BSE.
