Vikram Solar bags 140 MW solar project from NTPC

NTPC plans to install 225 MW solar plant in Uttar Pradesh and has been awarded first allotment of 140 MW project, the company said in a statement issued here.

Wednesday said it has extended its power purchase agreement with the BrihanMumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking (BEST) for 677 MW for five years till March 2024.

MERC has allowed BEST to extend its existing PPA with for 677 MW, which will be supplied from its Trombay thermal and hydro plants for five years from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2024, the company said in a statement issued here.

Solar power solutions provider Energies Wednesday said it is setting up a 25 kV rooftop solar project at (HIAL) in Leh.
