TENNIS WITH A SPRITZ
Start your year of sports without needing to brave the fearsome Aussie summer. ADVANCE SCREENING
Calling all lovers of Marky Mark and Australia's sweetheart Rose Byrne. An advance screening of their new film Instant Family is on at the Sunset Cinema this weekend. On the idyllic grounds of the Botanic Gardens you can witness the delightful pair spiral out of control as they go from being childless to having three kids overnight. Saturday 6.30-10.30pm. WIRADJURI ECHOES
You live in Australia, but how much do you really know about Indigenous culture? Look deeper into the nation's past, present and future by witnessing dance group Wiradjuri Echoes share Aboriginal culture, through storytelling, music and dance. Children are also welcome to join the performers and dance along to the moving sounds of the didgeridoo. National Gallery of Australia, Parkes. Sunday 2-2.20pm. Free.

PICK POCKETING
Not advocating that you absolutely rob thy neighbour, but that you might like to get into a game of 'pick pocket' at the Southern Railway Hotel in Goulburn. Tickets are dished out with every purchase, and at 5.30pm a lucky ticket will be revealed. The owner of the ticket will then get to 'pick pocket' to win a special prize.
