Referring to an audio tape containing purported conversation of a Goa minister on the Rafale row, Rahul Gandhi alleged that Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar was blackmailing PM Modi on the Rafale deal. He wanted to play the tape in the house but Lok Sabha Speaker did not allow since Gandhi had not given it in writing. Parrikar refuted the audio tape and told ANI that it is an attempt by the Congress to “fabricate facts”.
