Bhopal Smart City Company will start Smart Classes in government schools
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, Children of government schools of the state capital will now be able to take smart education in the smart classes on the lines of big private schools.
Bhopal Smart City Development Corp. Ltd. is going to start smart classes in Government schools of Bhopal, Sagar and Satna. In these schools, education through smart class will start from the new academic session.Bhopal Smart City Development Corporation Limited has selected 400 Classes of Government Schools for Smart Classes. They will be taught through Smart Class.
The smart classes will be executed from six to twelfth standard. Mahatma Gandhi Government Higher Secondary School, Navin Government Higher Secondary School etc. have been selected for Smart Classes.
Implementation of Smart Classes in schools will start in the next seven months. Classes will start from 1st July 2019.Operation and maintenance of Smart Classes has been assigned on contract basis to Extra Marks Company of Delhi for three years.
Preparation for competitive examinations
Through the smart class, the student of government schools will also be prepared for competitive examinations. The curriculum has also been prepared for this. Teachers will be given regular training to educate the students through Smart Class.
The Smart Class course is designed just like the major private schools. Not only this, Parents will directly be able to see the progress report of their wards on the App and teachers will also be able to monitor the studies of their students.
Smart class will be like this
In the smart class, studies will be executed with virtual learning as well from Central Studios. All modern science genres will be available in the class room for the students.
For this, study lab, science lab and IT lab will also be equipped in classrooms. The trained staff will be available to assist the students. Such facilities are available only in big schools presently. For the first time in government schools, such facilities will be available.
Online and Offline lectures will be made in the smart classes which can be recalled again. Students will also get assignments offline and online. Data will be available in digital content.
