Governor Mridula Sinha urges citizens to live in harmony

PANAJI: Governor Mridula Sinha has urged citizens to renew the commitment to live together in harmony and unity in the new year.
In her new year’s message the governor has asked people to “vow to respect each other, develop greater understanding in the interest of social solidarity and resolve to contribute for the economic progress of the state and the country.”
“As we are stepping into yet another year of our lives, we welcome the New Year with great hopes and new expectations. The whole world solemnizes New Year with great enthusiasm and energy,” Sinha said.
