Young woman commits suicide
tnn | Jan 2, 2019, 00:14 ISTSurat: A 21-year-old-woman committed suicide by hanging herself in her house at Puna area of the city on Monday.
Bhavna Jitu Makwana, daughter of a diamond worker, used to work from home. She committed suicide when her father went out and her brother accompanied their mother to a doctor’s clinic. When her brother and mother returned, they found the front door of the house open but bedroom’s door closed.
They broke open the door to find Bhavna hanging from the ceiling fan in the room. Police said they are yet to find out the reason why she ended her life.
