STATE HAS WITNESSED 6 SWINE FLU DEATHS IN LAST TEN DAYS. WHICH HAS AWAKEN THE GOVERNMENT SLEEPING FOR A LONG TIME

Despite the government’s claim of proper arrangement to deal with swine flu, state has witnessed 6 swine flu deaths in last ten days. Which has awaken the government sleeping for a long time. One of the sources said that government showed laziness to aware people about the disease as less cases of swine flu have been reported this year as compared to 2017. It is pertinent to mention that state has witnessed 61 swine flue patients in 2018 and
40 cases have been found positive across the state and 10 deaths till October and 6 died in last 10 days it also came to light that 3 patients died due to disease in the months of February and march. Though , the officials’ claim that 7 patients died due to swine flue as 3 were expected to die due to the multi-infection.Along with this, 124 samples , 85 from October, have been sent to labs in Delhi for verification. “Department has made all required arrangement to deal with disease and an order regarding the advertisement and to keep OPD open on Sundays has been circulated”said senior expert of health department, Dr Deepali Gupta . Now, government has come up with a plan to aware people through advertisement which should have been used earlier. Besides, the state health department has set up isolation room in 22 civil hospitals of all districts. It also came to know that three advisories have been issued till now during 2018. The adjoining Rajasthan has witnessed more than 200 swine flu deaths in 2018 with 705 reported cases
