Cold wave conditions intensified in most parts of and on Saturday with town in recording a freezing minus 1.7 degree Celsius, Met officials said.

While Hisar town with a low of 0.3 degree was the coldest in the Sikh holy city of recorded a low of 0.8 degree Celsius, an Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
