A 23-year-old man has been arrested for peeping through the window shaft of a hotel while a guest couple were in an intimate position in Central Delhi's Karol Bagh area.

According to the police, the accused has been identified as Raju Babu, who hails from Bihar and worked at the hotel as a waiter.

A married couple had booked a room at the hotel. The husband had a business meeting in Delhi and his wife had come along with him. The duo was at their hotel room and in an intimate position when his wife noticed someone peeping through the window shaft. She informed her husband who immediately rushed out of the room and caught the accused.

"The accused had climbed on top of a chair and was peeping through when he was nabbed by the man. The police rushed to the hotel and took Raju under custody," said a police official.

A case under appropriate sections of the law has been registered.
