Spot rubber closes unchanged

Spot rubber was quoted unchanged on Thursday. RSS 4 closed steady at ₹124 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The trend was partially mixed as ISNR 20 improved mainly on enquiries from the non tyre sector.January futures weakened to ₹125.48 (126.70) on the Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX). RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹103.47 (101.67) a kg at Bangkok. January futures improved to ₹110.20 (107.85) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM). Spot rubber rates (₹/kg) : RSS-4: 124 (124); RSS-5: 121 (121); ISNR 20: 116 (115) and Latex (60% drc): 91 (91).
