Sharing ideas

The mid-August floods wreaked considerable havoc to infrastructure and economic activity in the State, but it also effectively demonstrated how coordinated social mobilisation can mitigate the effects of natural calamities. The workshop will focus concentrate on sharing ideas towards building a resilient Kerala that is capable of withstanding similar disasters, the organisers said.

The event will conclude on Sunday.
